It's in the Brixey & Meyer DNA to give back to communities in which we serve. Every year we identify an organization that our team can partner with in order to fulfill our desires to give back. For the 2nd year in a row, our annual day of giving was spent at The Dayton Foodbank. We closed all three offices and our team headed out to serve and spend time with one another.

It's in the Brixey & Meyer DNA to give back to communities in which we serve. Honing your communication and soft skills is not easy to do. Oftentimes the average employee figures out what works for them and sticks to it due to habit, time constraint or maybe simply because they don't see the need to change. I find myself having to intentionally set aside small pockets of time away from new projects and clients in order to even think about what I need to improve, let alone going about actually improving those things.
