We are so excited to introduce you to Lindsey, one of our newest team members! She is an Administrative Assistant who is making things happen in Dayton on the daily!

Introduce your family:
I am the baby of the family, with my brother Jarrett being the oldest, and my sister Allison in the middle. My parents, Anna and Steve, have lived in Ohio their entire lives, and settled down in West Chester. I still live in the same house I grew up in. My family has been growing steadily over the past few years, as both of my siblings have gotten married, and my sister just had a baby girl a couple of months ago. Being an aunt is the best!
What are you most looking forward to over the next couple of months?
Fall weather, the holidays, and continuing to learn and grow in all aspects of life, but especially here at B&M.
Why do you do what you do?
I love helping people, and being someone they can depend on. With being an admin, I get to see all aspects of the company, and it gives me so many opportunities to learn and grow every day! Seeing how the small things can really make a difference and make someone’s day, has been so rewarding.Favorite dessert?
