#MeetUsMonday :: Introducing Ethan

We are so excited to introduce you to Ethan, one of our newest team members! He is a Senior Accountant on our Tax Team who is making things happen in Columbus on the daily!

Not being your average bean counters, it's important to us that you know who we are, what we stand for, and the crazy things we spend our time doing when we aren't serving you! Now, get to know....

Introduce your family:

I grew up in Alabama as the middle child of two brothers (third row of seated image below). Then I met my wife Kaleigh at Auburn University while we played saxophone in the marching band. We married in 2020, and her search for a graduate school led us to THE Ohio State. Every year we make the trek back down to visit our parents in Birmingham and Oxford during summer downtime and the holidays.

What are you most looking forward to over the next couple of months?

After tax season, Kaleigh finally graduates, and she goes to Japan with OSU’s band! Once the rest of OSU returns to the U.S., her parents and I will join her for an additional week in Tokyo!

Why do you do what you do?

I love the opportunity to be a client’s trusted advisor, but it is more of a selfish desire. Nothing feels better than crafting a plan that fits together like a puzzle.

Favorite dessert?

A good, fresh Cannoli is irreplaceable.

Favorite activity to do with your family?

Visit Noccalula Falls at Christmas.

At which store would you like to max-out your credit card?

I would max out at Menards, because I would then have 11% of EVEN MORE purchasing power.

Share a picture of something you love.

This is an image I took in a retro gaming store. Good to know I can convert an old “investment” into $509.98 in the event of an emergency 😉.

That's a wrap!  We can't wait to share more about all of our team members, but  since there is more to us than just counting beans we are going to take this one rockstar at a time!  Until next #MeetUsMonday ... Go Make Dreams Come True!
