She is an Administrative Assistant on our team who is making things happen in Cincinnati on the daily!    Not being your average bean counters, it's important to us that you know who we are, what we stand for, and the crazy things we spend our time doing when we aren't serving you! [<<<  Hailey Yaratch >>>](https://www.linkedin.com/in/hailey-yaratch-a7032921b/) **Introduce your family:** My family is from Sandusky, Ohio, right by Cedar Point Amusement Park and Lake Erie. I have 2 older siblings, 2 older step siblings, and 1 little sister! Growing up with a big family was so fun.  It’s even more fun now to see my older siblings getting married and seeing our family grow. I have a 2-year-old niece who I adore and a nephew on the way! I love spring weather and it’s the best time to find a new place to hike as the leaves and flowers start to pop out of the ground! **Why do you do what you do?** The most rewarding part of my career is being around the amazing people I work with and getting the chance to learn and develop my skills every day.  What is your favorite dessert? Cookie cake! What is the nerdiest thing you do in your spare time? I love to crochet, read, and hangout with my cats! Name one thing still left on your bucket list. Travel to another country!
