My boyfriend’s family and I recently went to Gatlinburg where we spent time hiking, white water rafting, ziplining, horseback riding, and overall admiring the Smoky Mountains. Later this year, my boyfriend, a friend, and I are also going to Japan for the first time! **Why do you do what you do?** With doing both internal HR and HR for clients, the most rewarding part of what I do is the impact made on others. What I love most is being able to solve problems, contribute to improvements, coach/develop others professionally **and** personally, and provide tangible and realistic solutions to our internal team and to our clients. What’s one thing most people don’t know about you, but should? I love psychology and have a college concentration in it. Favorite dessert?  I have a big sweet-tooth and love all desserts, but Graeter’s ice cream and elé Cake Co have a special place in my heart. Name one thing still left on your bucket list. Some things on my bucket list are to visit every state in the U.S (I’m currently at 20 but hoping to cross off more soon). I’m also looking to learn how to play the electric guitar.
